How to register for support
These short, captioned videos outline how to register for support.
To register for support, please contact us on (08) 9360 6084 or access@murdoch.edu.au to make an appointment
Before your appointment, you will need to provide your current medical documents or a completed Health Practitioner Report. These documents are used to indicate suitable accommodations for your plan and are treated confidentially.
myAccess plan
Our Accessibility Advisors will work with you to develop an access plan that explicitly outlines the support you need at Murdoch.
myAccess is a secure online system where we create and store your plan. After your access plan is created you will be given access to the myAccess student portal where you will be able to view your plan and find other relevant resources.
Our service standards
Our Accessibility Advisors and University staff endeavour to provide equity to all our students through the best practice standards defined for education. These standards are set by the Disability Standards for Education 2005 and the Commonwealth Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA). The application of these standards at Murdoch University is defined in the Student Disability Policy.
